By shopping online you may save about a general 10% that goes to shipping and handling, and overhead expenses at the store. Also, as an incentive to facilitate your online purchases, you may qualify for FREE SHIPPING after $400. Interstate shopping is TAX FREE, New Mexico Sales Tax applies if shopping locally.

(Some oversized items may incur special shipping costs. International shipping is not set up at the moment).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Company or Cashier Check, and bank wire. Payment must be received in full before any goods are shipped.

All sales are final. In case of receiving a damaged or defective good, please notify the driver immediately before they leave, keep the packaging, and contact Molecule within 3 business days of receipt in order to process a replacement. This is the easiest and quickest way to guarantee you'll get a replacement in a short time. This policy does not apply to minor variations typical of hand crafted products. Non-authorized returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and extra shipping charges.

Standard Shipping

Most shipments (excluding larger furniture items) ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. General shipping standard time is 3 -10 days after order has been processed.

Freight Shipments

Larger items or furniture ship standard freight by various carriers. Freight companies contact customers to arrange a delivery appointment, and it generally includes curbside delivery. Shipping schedules vary and will be specified. We ship only domestically at the moment.

Special Orders

General lead time on special orders is 6-12 weeks, varies per vendor and origin. Specific schedule will be notified.

Art Shipments

Framed art will require special shipping and will be quoted accordingly.

Molecule is not responsible for shipments once processed.
